Florecer is a safe, confidential, and supportive virtual group for adolescents who have experienced sexual abuse. Participants can learn healing tools, connect with others who understand, and discover their inner strength without being required to share their story.
What we will work on together
The group will explore trauma and its effects; managing emotions and stress; personal boundaries, safety, and trust; identity, self-esteem, and strengths; healthy relationships and communication; and goals for a future filled with possibilities.
This is a closed group designed to create safety and trust. Confidentiality and its limits will be discussed clearly, and the group will be led by a professional therapist specializing in adolescent trauma.
Support for caregivers
Healing also happens in families. Caregivers will receive weekly resources and guidance for supporting their adolescents in a safe, empathetic, and effective way.
