Records requests
Request health-care records in writing by emailing info@healinghaciendacounseling.com. Requests are processed under Texas law, and reasonable fees may apply.

Complaints
Consumer complaints may be filed through the Office of the Attorney General of Texas — Consumer Protection Division.
